1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the HorseGuru app ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. All payments are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HorseGuru and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HorseGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
